Cancellations and Refunds


All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

 

A 10% handling fee will be assessed for cancellation requests postmarked on or before September 8th, 2009.

 

A 25% handling fee will be assessed for cancellation requests postmarked between September 8th and December 15th, 2009.

 
There will be no refunds for failue to attend or cancellations postmarked on or after December 15th, 2009.
