| Cancellations and Refunds |
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Confirmation will be sent to you with the assigned
space upon receipt of payment. Acceptance of an
application to exhibit does not constitute endorsement
of your product/service by the Section or APTA. This
application must be received with payment in full.
Exhibitor Registration is due by April 1, 2011, for Earlybird
rates or by May 1, 2011, for Advance rates. The last
day to cancel for a refund (minus 50% administrative
fee) is July 15, 2011.
